Campbell Elementary staff is recommending not getting any supplies before the first day of class.

Most kids should not need much.

Campbell will supply the majority of what is necessary.

Volunteer with Education Connection

Every child reading by the end of 3rd grade

By volunteering for just 30 minutes a week in a one-on-one reading session, you will

help improve one of the most pressing educational issues in the Greater Austin area –

school dropout rates.

Research has shown that children not reading at grade level

by the end of 3rd grade are four times more likely to drop out of school.

Through Education Connection, you can join the movement to minimize this trend by

becoming a volunteer in one of the many participating elementary schools

in Central Texas.

How to Get Started

  1. Make a 30 minute weekly commitment to serve during the school year.
  2. Register at education-connection.org for the district, specific school, and training session of your choice.
  3. Invite your friends, neighbors, and co-workers to join us!
  4. For more information or questions: education-connection.org | 512-813-9415 or our site lead, Ryan Rinaldi, call or text 512-574-4344
